Costa Rica wishes to provide notification of the publication and entry into force of the mandatory phytosanitary measures notified in document G/SPS/N/CRI/234, which relate to the importation of cocoa (Theobroma cacao) plants with roots from Nicaragua. The draft version of the Resolution was circulated on 15 September 2020.
