Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/399 (21 July 2020) was adopted as Commission Regulation (EU) 2020/1681 of 12 November 2020 amending Annex I to Regulation (EC) No 1334/2008 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards removal from the Union list of certain flavouring substances (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 379, 13 November 2020, p.27].
This Regulation shall apply from 3 December 2020.
