Costa Rica hereby advises that the phytosanitary measures notified in G/SPS/N/CRI/228 have entered into force pursuant to Resolution No. 041-2020-ARP-SFE establishing phytosanitary requirements for the importation of unrooted sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas) cuttings for propagation and sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas) roots for consumption, originating in any country in which the pest Euscepes postfasciatus (Fairmaire 1849) is present.
