Establishes import requirements for in-shell dried peanuts (Arachis hypogaea L.) originating from Brazil and amends Resolutions as indicated.

Phytosanitary requirements governing the importation of in-shell dried peanuts (Arachis hypogaea L.) produced in Brazil, including the following:
1. Shipments must be covered by an official phytosanitary certificate issued by the country of origin, in the original, containing additional declarations as follows;
2. The phytosanitary certificate must specify the treatment, together with the product, dose, exposure time, temperature and date of treatment;
3. The following alternatives for the control of Corcyra cephalonica (Lep.: Pyralidae) and Callosobruchus analis (Col.: Bruchidae) will be accepted as fumigation treatments. Treatment must be carried out in the country of origin;
4. On completion of the treatment, the shipment must remain protected at all times until its arrival in Chile in order to maintain its phytosanitary status.
