Extension of the international public consultation period for the draft Resolution of the Ministry of Health and Social Welfare updating and establishing the limits for the microbiological criteria to be met by food and beverages for human consumption in order to ensure microbiological acceptability, which will be verified by the health authorities through inspection, monitoring and control activities, with the aim of protecting consumer health.
