Chile hereby advises that the Resolution "Proposed update of the maximum residue levels of pesticides in food, Resolution No. 33/2010 and amendments thereto, associated with Article 162 of the Food Health Regulations", the draft version of which was notified through the World Trade Organization on 1 February 2018 in document G/SPS/N/CHL/567, entered into force on 1 December 2020.
