Description
The National Agrarian Health Service (SENASA) hereby advises that Directorial Resolution No. 0003-2021-MIDAGRI-SENASA-DSV, which establishes the mandatory phytosanitary requirements governing the importation of ground-nut (Arachis hypogaea) seeds originating in and coming from India, was published in the Official Journal, El Peruano on 24 February 2021. The draft Directorial Resolution was notified in document G/SPS/PER/756 on 17 April 2018.
