National Food Safety Standard of the P.R.C.: Food Nutritional Fortifier Cyanocobalamin Hydrochloride

This standard is applicable to cyanocobalamin hydrochloride, a food nutritional fortifier, which is prepared by chemical synthesis from cyanocobalamin obtained from the conversion and crystallization of the fermentation broth containing cobalamin produced by microbial fermentation.
