Letter by the Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance No. FS-ARe-7/3756-3 as of 30 March 2021

The Federal Service for Veterinary and Phytosanitary Surveillance (Rosselkhoznadzor) introduced a temporary restriction on import of live sheep and goats, products produced from meat of sheep and goats from Pakistan due to the outbreak of ovine rinderpest. Transit through the territory of the Russian Federation of live sheep and goats susceptible to peste des petits ruminants (PPR) originating from Pakistan is also temporary restricted.
