Description
The proposal notified in G/SPS/N/EU/455 (16 December 2020) is now adopted by Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2021/758 of 7 May 2021 on the status of certain products as feed additives within the scope of Regulation (EC) No 1831/2003 of the European Parliament and of the Council and on the withdrawal from the market of certain feed additives (Text with EEA relevance) [OJ L 162, 10 May 2021, p. 5].
This Regulation shall enter into force on the twentieth day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union.
