Description
The existing emergency import requirements in relation to Spodoptera frugiperda (Smith), (stipulated in Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/638), are prolonged until 30 June 2023.
The prolongation of the existing measures is due to the continuing fast spread of the pest worldwide and towards the Union territory.
