According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 11 November 2022, the suspension for importation of live domestic and wild pigs and their carcasses from Poland since 13 November 2022 has expired on 10 February 2023. However, the WOAH has reported a continued an outbreak of African Swine Fever in the area of Poland. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of African Swine Fever disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live domestic and wild pigs and their carcasses from Poland is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after the date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (7 March 2023).

By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live domestic and wild pigs and their carcasses from the Philippines is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after the date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (7 March 2023).

By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live domestic and wild pigs and their carcasses from the Republic of Korea is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after the date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (7 March 2023).

The WOAH reported an outbreak of Foot and Mouth Disease in Myanmar. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Foot and Mouth Disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558, the importation of cattle and buffalo and their products under Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015) from Myanmar is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days since 1 March 2023 onward in the Thai Royal Gazette.

The WOAH reported an outbreak of Foot and Mouth Disease in Myanmar. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Foot and Mouth Disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558, the importation of goat and sheep and their products under Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015) from Myanmar is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days since 1 March 2023 onward in the Thai Royal Gazette.

According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 12 October 2022, the suspension for importation of live domestic and wild pigs  and their carcasses from Italy since 28 October 2022 has expired on 25 January 2023. However, the WOAH has reported a continued outbreak of African Swine Fever in the area of Italy. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of African Swine Fever disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015),  the importation of live domestic and wild pigs and their carcasses from Italy is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after the date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (6 February 2023).

According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 3 November 2022, the suspension for importation of live domestic and wild pigs and their carcasses from India since 8 November 2022,has expired on 6 February 2023. However, the WOAH has reported a continued outbreak of African Swine Fever in the area of India. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of African Swine Fever disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live domestic and wild pigs and their carcasses from India is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days since 7 February 2023 onward in the Thai Royal Gazette.

According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 12 October 2022, the suspension for importation of bovine and buffalo and their products from Cambodia since 26 October 2022 has expired on 23 January 2023. However, the WOAH has reported a continued outbreak of lumpy skin disease into the country in the area of Cambodia. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of lumpy skin disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of bovine and buffalo and their products from Cambodia is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after the date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (6 February 2023).

However, the WOAH has reported that Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) is an endemic disease in Indonesia. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Indonesia is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after the date of publication in  the Thai Royal Gazette (6 February 2023).

However, the WOAH has reported a continued outbreak of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) in the area of Viet Nam. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Viet Nam is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after the date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (6 February 2023).

According to the announcement of the Government Gazette dated 21 October 2022, the suspension for importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Belgium has expired on 19 January 2023. However, the WOAH has reported a continued outbreak of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) in the area of Belgium. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558(2015), the importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Belgium is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after  the date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (6 February 2023).

Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) disease into the country.   By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558(2015), the importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from South Africa is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after the date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (6 February 2023).

This Thai Agricultural Standard establishes code of practice on inspection and receiving of durians for a collecting house and a packing house. It covers requirements on inspection and receiving of durians for collecting house and packing house prior to further management process (e.g., preparing, sorting, packing, storage and transportation) in order to obtain the whole fruits that are mature according to the standard’s requirements for the purposes of distribution, export and import.This Thai Agricultural Standard does not apply to the inspection and receiving of durians supplied for the preparation of ready-to-eat fresh pre-cut durians and for the production of quick-frozen durians.

Draft Notification specifies that the fresh fruits in the genus Vaccinium imported from all countries are considered as the prohibited article.

Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Cornwal, Devon, Essex, Pembrokeshire, Suffolk,  Norflox, Yorkshire, Lancashire, Oxfordshire, Lincolnshire, Isle of Lewis, Anglesey and Cheshire of the United Kingdom is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after the date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (20 December 2022).

Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza disease (HPAI) into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Poland is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after the date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (10 January 2023).

However, the WOAH reported an outbreak of  Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) in the area of Spain. Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) disease into the country. By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from Spain is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after the date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (20 December 2022).

Therefore, it is necessary for Thailand to prevent the entry of Highly Pathogenic Avian Influenza (HPAI) disease into the country.    By the virtue of Animal Epidemics Act B.E. 2558 (2015), the importation of live poultry and poultry carcasses from the Netherlands is temporarily suspended for a period of 90 days after the date of publication in the Thai Royal Gazette (20 December 2022).
